Desktop, mobile, augmented reality and headset participants connect around the same 3D content.
BUILT AROUND THE WORK YOU DO
Different devices. Shared understanding.
A technical discussion is easier when everyone has a common point of reference. Lokaverse multi-user collaboration lets people share a simulation while using supported devices and apps. An instructor can explain a procedure, a specialist can contribute to a review and a customer can ask about a product in the context of the same scene. Teams can work together from different locations.
01
Put the subject at the centre of the meeting.
Use the simulation as the reference for a conversation about equipment, a process or a place. People can discuss the object and its context together, rather than trying to connect separate slides, descriptions and screenshots.
02
Include people using different devices.
A shared experience can connect participants across supported Lokaverse apps and devices. Plan for the people attending and the access they need, so an immersive session can include expertise that would otherwise be difficult to bring into the room.
03
Make guidance a two-way conversation.
Give trainers, specialists and reviewers a place to explain and respond. Browser live guidance includes permission before watching and a separate choice before control handover. The same platform keeps collaboration connected to the simulation being discussed.
A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Bring the right people into one scene.
STEP 01
Choose a shared task.
Start with a simulation and a purpose: explain a product, review a design or teach a procedure. Identify the people whose knowledge or practice matters.
STEP 02
Plan how people will join.
Select supported devices and apps for the participants. Set up the access and session around the content and the type of collaboration you need.
STEP 03
Explore, explain and discuss.
Use the shared simulation during the session. Bring questions back to the scene so participants can connect an explanation to the equipment or process in front of them.
PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
A place in your real world.
Start with the people, products and processes you need to bring together.
No. Cross-device collaboration is an available Lokaverse capability. Device and app support should be checked against the experience you want to run, so participants have the appropriate way to view and interact with the shared content.
Can someone watch a browser visitor without asking?
No. A browser visitor must allow a request before someone watches their session. A guide must separately ask to take control, and the visitor can take the controls back at any time. Live guidance is accessed through the standard share link.
